Patrick Paul is an internationally recognized educator, trainer/facilitator, in building Indigenous cultural competencies, holistic wellness, team building, specializing in addiction, trauma and intergenerational trauma recovery with Native communities.

Patrick also is uniquely qualified to provide training, and consultation services in program staff development for wellness and addiction workers.

Our Mission

The mission of Patrick Paul and Associates is to offer a full range of consulting services that addresses Indigenous cultural holistic wellness emphasizing collective healing and wellness from historical trauma and addictions created by the impact of colonization. We therefore are creating the spirit of Indigenous healing in the process of reconciliation.

Our Services

  • Our services offer retreats, training, and workshops that incorporates cognitive, affective, and experiential learning, encouraging the participants to develop intellectually, creatively, culturally, and spiritually, thus enhancing personal and professional healing and development.
  • Provide training that facilitates cultural competencies by gaining an understanding of historical multi-generational trauma and how this trauma has impacted our personal lives and community.
  • Strengthen progressive Indigenous ways of healing, understanding the importance of culture as a foundation for self-care.
  • Facilitate a greater understanding of neurobiological changes in the brain due to stress/trauma and addiction, and how those changes then develop survival behaviors, in self, in family and in communities.
  • Creation and development of personal wellness plans, and engage in holistic self-care healing activities, physical, emotional, social, cultural, spiritual.
  • Team Building and retreats that create progressive self-care. 
  • Design and development of holistic addiction/trauma healing programs for community.
  • Recertification training, Indigenous Holistic, Wellness and Addiction workers.
